Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and financial best practices. Identify risks and opportunities across the business, offering actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Drive process improvements across financial operations in partnership with other teams. Support month-end processes, including variance reporting and scenario analysis. Actively contribute to ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar commercial finance role. Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders effectively. Analytic mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
