Due to recent significant growth they are looking to recruit another team member to help support this growth. They encourage creative ideas and out of the box thinking. About The Role Most interactions will be over video and phone calls, although you may be required to travel to attend client meetings when required. This is a front facing, customer role, so communication and proactivity are key to your success. They are a small team so it is vital that you are a positive all rounder, who doesn’t mind getting involved in a wide range of activity across the business on an ad hoc basis. Responsibilities Cultivate and nurture relationships with real estate agencies. Coordinate and participate in meetings with key stakeholders from client agencies. Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents. Provide informative presentations and training sessions to agents on our platform, both in person and online. Collaborate with property vendors, highlighting the advantages of the services to secure their business. Work as a consultant with our partner agents, guiding them to enhance growth and boost the use of our platform. Assist clients in managing property transactions from start to finish, including offer handling, bid monitoring on behalf of partner agents, overseeing sales progression, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful completions. Offer ad hoc support for marketing and events when needed. Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience in property sales. Prior experience in auction sales is a plus. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in training and stakeholder management. Highly organized and responsible. Competent IT skills. Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license is preferred.
