We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a fast-paced, focused team in a corporate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with accounts experience, particularly in sales and purchase ledger processing, to support the Finance Director (FD) and a dynamic team of management accountants and accounts assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing high-volume invoices for both sales ledger and purchase ledger
* Supporting the team with general accounts administration
* Maintaining and updating accounts records using Sage 200
* Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks and reporting as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* AAT Level 2 or above (or equivalent accounting qualification)
* Immediate availability – this role is urgent and requires someone who can start right away
* Strong experience in accounts administration, with a focus on sales ledger and purchase ledger
* Comfortable working in a corporate environment with a small, focused team
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals
