Contract Duration: Minimum 1 year, with potential for permanent role
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Pay: £12.83 - £13.83 per hour

Reeson is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in a Year 2 class in Swinton, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
1. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Support individual students and small groups with their learning.
3. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
5. Prepare classroom resources and materials as needed.
6. Foster a love of learning and encourage student participation.
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Teaching Assistant:
1. Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (desirable).
2. A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
