The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Executive for Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M UK, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Selling and demonstrating the full range of products to achieve sales targets according to the Division’s plan
2. Gaining knowledge of application, process, product and industry knowledge while building customer intimacy especially with the key end user accounts on territory
3. Developing relationships with key distributor sales and technical teams
4. Managing and leading business activities and key programmes within nominated key end user accounts
5. Updating ‘Salesforce’ daily with details of sales visits, events, and activities for all end user accounts.
6. Managing, progressing and developing an opportunity pipeline and sales plan to exceed the sales target
7. Leveraging all available resources to maximise sales impact within end user customers
8. Training distributor internal & external salespeople
9. Learning new skills related to the industry, collision repair processes and product applications
10. Attending and supporting industry events and exhibitions
Your Skills and Expertise

9. IT literate on Microsoft Office and CRM systems

11. Effective time management, and strong organizational abilities
12. Ability to build and maintain a professional network within the industry
13. Acts with uncompromising honesty, integrity and professional ethics
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
1. Business related degree preferable but not essential

1. Field Based position covering Home Counties and London (the exact geography will depend on the home location of the successful candidate)
2. Working pattern (full time)
3. Remuneration details: competitive salary package dependent on skills and experience, benefits package, Company car, Sales Incentive Plan based on the assigned targets
