Your new roleThis is a new and exciting Administration Assistant role. This varied role involves working to support the Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office. My client is looking for someone who is committed to ensuring the core support functions of our office run efficiently, and who is at ease in liaising with a wide variety of clients, visitors and staff - both in person and via telephone. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and have a flexible approach to their work. Duties include but not limited to:
* Reception duties include greeting visitors, serving refreshments for client meetings.
* Dealing with incoming/outgoing post, call handling, receiving deliveries and scanning documents.
* Monitoring general office supplies and re-ordering items as necessary.
* System updates on client contacts database.
* Preparing client forms including electronic verification.
* Preparing engagement letters.
* Binding of hard copy documents, photocopying.
* Supporting with organising group events.
