You will have knowledge, experience, and a leaning towards the art world, plus 8 years+ as an Executive Assistant within a similar realm. Top English skills, written and spoken, are essential as you will be drafting emails and writing speeches.
This role is on an international level with a hugely successful founder who values commitment and discretion. You will represent the Founder and have top liaison skills between internal and external members of staff and the team both in the UK and abroad. You must be adept at dealing with all levels of individuals and be happy to take on an ever-changing schedule, including some out-of-hours work if needed.

Flexibility in pitching in with whatever comes through the door is necessary, and you should have a positive 'can do' attitude at the fore of your work. A collegiate attitude is important, as you will be part of a super team around you and a Family Office that handles most of the private support for the Principal, but you will be required to handle about 20% of the role, which includes personal support (private dinner, gifts, etc.).
Enjoy a fantastic working atmosphere within one of the UK's top teams, who are helpful and great to work with. You will be supporting a well-known figure who is continually busy, successful, and will need your 100% commitment to keep his business life flowing properly and on schedule.
