About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our administration team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess a keen interest in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide high levels of customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* To prepare letters, cancellation documents, gift vouchers, and brochures to send to customers
* To assist with travel document processing and liaise with relevant departments to ensure all elements of the holiday are brought together
