Marine Electrical Team Leader (Full-Time, Permanent) We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Marine Electrician to take on a hands-on Team Leader role. This position involves actively running in and terminating AC, DC, and electronics cabling, as well as working on the electrical side of engines, generators, and 24V Lithium-Ion Batteries. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on installation and termination of AC/DC systems Working with CZone, B&G, Mastervolt, and NMEA-driven systems and their integration Leading a small team of electricians and apprentices Supporting renewable energy integration, particularly solar power systems Requirements: Fully qualified Marine Electrician Strong experience in marine electrical installations and system integration Ability to lead and mentor a small team Experience with solar systems (desirable) This is a fantastic full-time, permanent role for someone passionate about marine electrics and eager to take on a leadership position.
