Join our Central Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
Are you an experienced finance professional ready to lead and make an impact? We’re seeking a driven and passionate Accounts
Payable Supervisor to join our Finance Team and manage the end-to-end AP process. In this role, you’ll oversee key activities like
PO management, invoice processing, payment runs, supplier statements, and month-end reporting, ensuring a seamless and efficient
service.
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll lead a great team, setting clear performance and quality standards to maintain high
service levels. Reporting into the Group AP & AR Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our
department.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?!
Your Duties Will Include:
* Management and training of the Accounts Payable team with 7 direct reports
* Provide frequent 1-2-1s with the Account Payable Clerks and support their development along with managing performance matters
if they arise
* KPI Reporting
* Query Resolution
* Aged Creditors/Debit Balance Reviews
* Invoice Processing
* PO Raising/Management
* New/Amended Supplier Set Up Requests
* Ensure completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
* Support with Process Improvements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Have a passion for leading teams
* Comfortable and confident using all Microsoft Office packages
* Strong communication skills to connect with your team and stakeholders
* Ability to handle and resolve queries effectively
* A genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development
