We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to join a global business in London, the Southeast Coast, and Kent.

Role Overview:
As a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster, you will manage major and complex loss cases exceeding £100,000. You will work with both internal and external specialists, requiring excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and expert negotiation abilities. This role involves a mix of home and office-based working, supporting a healthy work/life balance, with dedicated technical and managerial support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of high-value domestic loss cases.
* Coordinate with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure clear and effective communication to explain complex details and negotiate settlements.
* Work collaboratively with a team to provide top-notch service and solutions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A full UK Driving Licence for necessary travel.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with various parties.
* Experience in handling complex domestic losses exceeding £100,000 or a strong desire to progress to this level.
* CILA status or working towards this qualification is preferred, but less experienced adjusters with strong technical and communication skills are also welcome.
Desirable Skills:
* Familiarity with Apple software such as iPads or other tablets.
