About the Role:
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the school on a term-time only, full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in the classroom, supporting children's learning and development.
With a salary ranging from £19,500 to £23,400 (dependent on qualifications and experience), the successful candidate will confidently lead classes and deliver lessons in the absence of the class teacher, helping to maintain continuity in learning.

1. Proven experience as an HLTA or similar role in a primary school setting.
2. Confidence and ability to lead a class and deliver lessons independently.
3. A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and excellent classroom management skills.
4. A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
5. Relevant qualifications and a commitment to professional development.
