Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – Thrice a week onsite)
Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in harmonizing Market-to-Order (M2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business architecture principles and experience in designing and implementing strategies for process improvement. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of harmonized M2O and O2C processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and objectives.
* Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and roadmaps.
* Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
* Ensure solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals.
* Work with IT teams to integrate business and technology solutions effectively.
* Conduct regular reviews and updates of the business architecture for continuous improvement.
* Provide training and support to team members on new processes and frameworks.
* Manage and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business process analysis, business architecture, or transformation projects.
* Hands-on experience with M2O and O2C processes.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and IT teams.
* Background in business process harmonization and optimization.
* Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, or similar business analysis tools (preferred).
* Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
