As the Front Of House assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the management and growth of the catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every level. The Front of House Assistant will ensue the students have a great dinning experience and that they feel supported and assisted during meal and break times. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Ensure a high level of customer service is always meet Provide a safe and secure environment for the students Maintain a high level hygiene and cleanliness in the food service areas. Communicate effectively at all levels and think on your feet to solve problems efficiently.
