Job Opportunity: Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor
Join a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop in Reigate as a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor.
Salary and Benefits:
* Up to £36,000
* 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
* Permanent Role
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers, manage bookings, courtesy car diary, and provide customer updates.
2. Coordinate with third-party companies such as insurance and car hire firms.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, requiring excellent communication skills and a motivated, enthusiastic attitude.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
3. Experience as an administrator or customer service advisor in the motor trade is preferred.
