£38,593 - £43,174 a year - Full-time Job Summary To be responsible for achievement of the key aims and objectives of SKT through the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of dynamic strategies, programmes and services within the broad area of business nationally and internationally, while also leading a team to achieve organisational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities · Through a project management approach, develop and implement processes and systems to ensure all departmental aims and objectives are constantly and consistently tracked and monitored to ensure they progress in a timely manner. · Work with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and update the organisation's global strategic plan. · Ensure regular meetings take place with managers to enable continuous tracking of timescales and deadlines, documenting progress and responding to delays as necessary. · Ensure effective management and monitoring of project teams with financial, timescale and quality targets, compatible with the annual delivery plan targets. · Responsible for the development and implementation of service delivery and other mainstream services/agencies and the voluntary sector at the highest level and managing and directing strategic services. · Lead and/or participate in business-critical change projects as prioritised in the strategic plan and directed by the CEO. · In collaboration with Colleagues, Partners and Service Providers, instigate a robust system of performance monitoring/evaluation/review, which encourages a process of continuous assessment to promote the ongoing development and improvement of SKT services, ensuring time scales and deadlines are consistently met. · To develop and monitor an output driven and effective Annual Delivery Plan for all programmes and services within SKT. · To be responsible for the formulation and monitoring of annual budgets · Ensure the production of progress reports, annual reports, delivery plans and other documentation as may be required by the CEO, auditors, statutory or accounting bodies. · Develop and maintain appropriate key performance measures and performance indicators which enable SKT to produce evidence of its operational achievements against set targets. · Ensure the production of progress reports, annual reports, delivery plans and other documentation as may be required by the CEO, auditors, statutory or accounting bodies. · Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities. · Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications · Educated to a degree level or qualified through experience. · Any professional or other qualification relevant to strategic operations, business administration or NGO management..
