A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Infrastructure & InfoSec Tribe, part of Flutter UK & Ireland What you ’ll do As the Senior Engineer of the Identity and Access Management team, you will be the technical expert responsible for supporting the Team Lead and other team members to provide IAM services using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of user identities and access rights across the organization. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for coaching and supporting more junior team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management Security. The successful candidate should expect occasional international travel to other Flutter UK&I offices, which include Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, London and Porto. Duties for the role will include… Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ implementation and integration. Perform root cause analysis of system failures or security incidents and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve/escalate issues in a timely manner. Design, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ to meet complex business requirements. Lead the technical direction if IAM service, both projects and operational needs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and translate them into scalable and secure solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on SailPoint IIQ implementation and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations and procedures. How you ’ll do it Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ and its functionality. Application onboarding Joiner, Mover and Leaver process Scheduled recertification of applications Correlation and aggregation remediation Orphan management SailPoint IIQ is primarily written in Java, so a solid understanding of Java programming is crucial. You should be comfortable with object-oriented programming concepts, Java APIs, and frameworks. Good understanding of API development or previous experience in extending functionality to existing products. Good understating of CI /CD pipeline, Jenkins and Ansible technologies. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to modify style to influence technical and business stakeholders. Delivery driven with a sensible attitude to risk. General understanding of information security practices.
