Ofsted Registered Manager

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Ofsted Registered Manager to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. If you possess the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and have a proven track record in managing services regulated by Ofsted, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and develop a team of staff, ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to young people in our provision.
* Ofsted Compliance: Ensure the service meets all regulatory requirements and standards set by Ofsted. This includes preparing for inspections and achieving positive outcomes.
* Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and train staff, promoting a positive workplace culture and continuous professional development.
* Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and implementing effective policies and procedures.
* Care Planning: Ensure the development and implementation of individual care plans for young people, involving them and their families in the process.
* Monitoring & Evaluation: Regularly review service delivery and outcomes to ensure they are meeting the needs of the children and young people. Implement improvements as necessary.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, professionals, and families, ensuring collaboration and communication are at the forefront.
* Safeguarding: Promote a culture of safeguarding and ensure that the welfare and protection of children and young people are prioritized.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Proven experience of managing a children’s service regulated by Ofsted.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to the changing needs of the service.
* A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
