The Building Surveyor's role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a number of exciting projects across sectors including education, healthcare, science, local authority, office, retail, and leisure.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will be an integral part of a close-knit and collaborative team, responsible for delivering professional services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect analysis, party wall, and schedule of condition.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a forward-thinking individual, capable of building and developing strong client relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Ideally MRICS qualified or on the APC pathway
2. Previous consultancy experience is preferred
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
