About The Role
The purpose of our overall marketing team is to support the business in driving growth by delivering innovative marketing strategies across Catering, Retail, and FM support services within the Healthcare sector.
We are looking for an additional marketer to join our team, who will take the lead in terms of marketing, communications, and implementing the right strategies for our Senior Living brand.
Ideally, a graduate with a marketing qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role. Experience in the care or retirement living sector is advantageous but not essential.
Your success will come from delivering clear and compelling marketing messages that build brand awareness within the senior living market and strengthen relationships with clients and residents.
We see this as an exciting role with the opportunity to develop and deliver our marketing strategy on a national basis for the senior living market.
Roles and Reporting
Working on multiple projects, you will need to be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage project timelines. You will work closely with the wider Marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing for Healthcare, as well as the senior living leadership team. Although you will be the main marketing lead for senior living, you may also support projects across the wider healthcare sector.
You will be communicating at all levels with various stakeholders, including internal senior teams, clients, on-site teams, and external marketing agencies.

* Deliver exciting, insight-led solutions across catering, retail, and FM services.
* Deliver an insight-led promotional marketing calendar.
* Drive B2B brand strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement an annual marketing strategy and promotional calendar based on commercial data, supported by creative development of consumer communications and POS.
* Lead the development of operator communications and playbooks that facilitate easy execution and track implementation.
* Create B2B sales tools such as brochures, trade ads, and campaign white papers.
* Manage the website and work with the agency to monitor performance of the SEO strategy.
* Work closely with the resident experience manager to support the resident experience events calendar, providing collateral and brand support.
* Be visible in our business contracts, supporting site teams on the ground with marketing implementation and brand standard execution.
* Collaborate with finance to develop business cases and measure impact, evaluating success and proactively sharing learnings.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of sector-specific legislation, working closely with dietetic and culinary leads to ensure all communications align with residents' needs.
* Work with external marketing agencies to coordinate marketing campaigns, artwork, and print requirements.
* Understand and utilize relevant industry insights.
* Support PR and communications for the sector, providing content for the website, trade press, and social channels.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to drive and inspire wider organizational engagement to implement programs with operational teams.
* Highly commercial and numerate.
* Evidence of participating in cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience working with external marketing agencies and briefing creative marketing projects.
* Pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity.
* Digital Marketing experience is desirable - managing photography, videography, web content, and an understanding of SEO.
* 3+ years experience in a marketing role.
* Full UK Driving Licence - travel will be required.
Experience in the care market is desirable but not essential.
