Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential support to the sales team, primarily focusing on project-based work within the cinema industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Project Support:
6. Processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time.
7. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
8. Maintaining up-to-date records of customer contracts and agreements.
9. Tracking project milestones and timelines, ensuring schedules are communicated effectively.
- Customer Service:
10. Serving as a point of contact for cinema clients, addressing inquiries and providing order updates.
11. Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of equipment-related concerns.
12. Providing post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination:
13. Managing and updating CRM systems with detailed project and sales data.
14. Coordinating sales campaigns or promotions specific to cinema installations or technology upgrades.
- Administration:
15. Maintaining detailed project files, including contracts, timelines, and financial records.
16. Monitoring stock levels for cinema-related equipment, ensuring accurate information for project planning.
17. Ensuring compliance with company policies, particularly in project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
18. Proven experience in a sales administration or project support role, ideally within the cinema or entertainment industry.
19. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and client interaction.
21. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
