Position: Employee Relations Team Leader

About the Role:
1. Manage the delivery of the advice line and case management services for managers at all levels across the organisation, relating to a wide range of complex and sensitive people management issues including attendance, performance, conduct, raising concerns, Equality Act, capability, and other employee relations issues.
2. Lead and develop a team of 12 ER Policy Advisors managing ER risk in the business.
3. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with HR CofE teams, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of an effective and efficient service.
5. Reporting into the ER Advisory Services Manager, collaborate with wider HR teams and stakeholders to address complex ER matters and trends.
6. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the ER Advisory Service.

4. Experience of leading an HR Employee Relations team to deliver business needs and targets.
5. Ability to work in partnership with customers/stakeholders to deliver service requirements.
6. Analytical skills.
7. Experience of driving continuous improvement.
