Brightwork are recruiting for a Receptionist to join one of our clients at their site on the outskirts of Edinburgh on a Part Time, Temporary Ongoing Basis.

Your Time at Work Duties include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors to the site, ensuring they are signed in and briefed on onsite rules and regulations.
2. Booking and facilitating meeting rooms for employees and guests.
3. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, collecting and delivering to teams across the site, preparing items for posting and packaging.
4. Updating and maintaining internal database, inboxes, and systems.
5. General Ad Hoc administrative duties as required.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have previous experience working within a similar role.
2. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Be confident working with MS Office packages and be able to pick up new systems with ease.
