We’re looking for an E-commerce Content Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. If you’re detail-focused, tech-savvy, and have experience in e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you. Training and support will be provided to help you settle into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep product listings accurate, well-organised, and engaging.
2. Help customers find what they need with smooth navigation and search features.
3. Write clear and appealing product descriptions.
4. Work with suppliers and teams to gather accurate product information.
5. Update website content, banners, and promotions to support marketing campaigns.
6. Monitor website performance and assist with any technical issues.
7. Use analytics tools to track how products are performing.
8. Assist customer service teams with product-related questions.
9. Support the creation of digital marketing content for promotions and campaigns.
What We Are Looking For:
1. A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
3. Basic understanding of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
4. Some familiarity with e-commerce platforms (training provided if needed).
5. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
6. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
9. Previous experience in an e-commerce role is preferred.
10. Experience with PIM or ERP systems.
11. Basic skills in image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
12. Familiarity with online marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.
13. Experience in the retail or industrial supply sector.
