Payroll Administrator An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Employer Benefits Team as a Payroll Administrator, based in Coventry (hybrid working) on a permanent basis. The role As a Payroll Administrator you will provide a high quality pension payroll service for clients by ensuring all tasks are completed to the required quality standard minimising errors or omissions which could lead to member complaints. You will be contributing to our purpose of securing our members future by ensuring all payrolls are processed to timescales, so pensions are paid correctly and on time. You will make a meaningful impact supporting all team members by sharing your knowledge and best practice in order to aid employee development and ensure customers receive excellent customer service. The person We are looking for someone who has demonstrable Payroll Administration experience who is customer focused. To succeed in this role you will have the ability to interact in both a professional and compassionate way through written and verbal communication across various channels including telephone, email and post. Previous Payroll experience essential. You will be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach when dealing with workloads and challenges and remain professional at all times when interacting with colleagues within the office and across the business. Taking ownership of your workload and knowledge is essential you will be required to actively seek information on changes to procedures, client requirements and legislation to ensure the processes and procedures we are following are correct and up to date. You will have the ability to work to structured SLA’s, meeting and exceeding deadlines with a good eye for attention to detail.
