The Telesales Executive is responsible for calling local businesses to sell Keenan Recycling services and converting incoming enquiries through the website.
Your core responsibilities.
* Make outbound calls to identify opportunities within suitable companies
* Follow up and convert inbound enquiries through the website/phones
* Fact finding and information gathering to qualify the business opportunity
* Input customer information onto the CRM system
* Utilise the CRM database to create a call list
* Respond to client queries providing accurate information about our services
* Attend fortnightly sales meetings and present sales updates
* Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
* Arrange meetings for the Field Sales Executives
What we require.
* 2 years telesales experience in a business-to-business environment
* Confident IT skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Resilient with the ability to consistently perform under pressure
* Confident communication skills with the ability to form rapport at all levels

Keenan Recycling, part of Biffa, provides food waste collection services for businesses including restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, and prisons. We also collect food waste on behalf of waste management companies, brokers, and councils. With the use of high-end technology, we make the most of any food waste by taking it to anaerobic digestion plants, where it is converted into biogas that can be used for electricity, heat, or even biofuel for transport.
