School Admin Support Job Type: Temporary Location: Milton Keynes Salary: Competitive Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 We are seeking a dedicated School Admin Support to join my clients team on a temporary basis. This role involves working closely with the headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the school. Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative support to the headteacher and SLT, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data management. Handle communications with parents, staff, and external agencies. Organise and maintain the school's administrative systems and office files. Support the organisation of school events and meetings. Manage confidential information with discretion and in accordance with data protection regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative support role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and school management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential. A DBS on the update service is preferable. Benefits: Competitive salary.
