We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team for a 9-month fixed term period, covering maternity leave, for 28 hours per week.
Based in our Redditch Depot, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of emergency orders with Komatsu and other key suppliers, maximizing next-day parts delivery to our valued customers.

Manage Komatsu Emergency Parts orders via their online system
Manage Komatsu quick parts returns & follow up.
Update customs import spreadsheet
Monitor daily parts order weights and liaise with transport companies...
