As a Transformation Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The Transformation Project Manager implements and oversees the Babcock Global Programme Management Framework for the Hawk programme. Day-to-day, you'll support safety engagement, enhancement & accountability in line with the Safety Development Plan and Babcock, customer and end user systems and processes, as well as:
* Actively demonstrate visible and transparent leadership to generate effective, consistent, and relevant two-way information flow, and improve employee experience in line with the Global People Survey action plan and engagement charter (in development).
* Project manage multiple transformation initiatives spanning across the Hawk Enterprise, engaging with, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
* Develop and maintain the Transformation Plan, ensuring delivery against set timeframes and reporting progress. Customer relationship management including leading the Joint Transformation Working Group and Transformation Performance Review, coordinating, and preparing all Babcock inputs.
This role is full time and is a hybrid role with a mixture of working from home and working onsite at RAF Valley with an operation at RAF Waddington.
* Change Management across a diverse workforce, encompassing CI, Planning and Performance, HR and cultural projects.
* Experience of successfully developing detailed programme plans, leadership of change and delivery against demanding and conflicting deadlines.
* Experience of customer relationship and stakeholder management in a complex and safety critical environment.
* Previous experience of Analysis of large datasets, synthesising information and providing concise useful outputs and driving performance improvement
* Previous experience of Driving workforce restructuring and transformation projects including creation of detailed governance packs and engaging briefs for internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Transformation Project Manager:
* Project management qualification.
