Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that accommodate various learning styles and abilities Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications & Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Proven experience of working with children with educational needs.
