Job description Broadleaf is an award winning Welsh manufacturer beautiful wood flooring, with a proud reputation for quality, service and choice. We supply retail and professional clients across the UK and beyond through our showrooms and commercial team, and are currently looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to take charge of our Cowbridge showroom. This is a customer facing role with its focus firmly on sales and customer service. It is ideally suited to a self motivated sales professional with a pro-active, customer focussed approach. As well as dealing with retail and professional enquiries, you will also work to create and develop relationships with local professional customers and raise the profile of the showroom locally. You will work alone in the showroom for the most part supported by our lovely HQ team who are based in Llandybie, and our Retail Sales Director. You will look after clients from first enquiry to after sales follow ups. You will develop an excellent knowledge of our collections and be able to provide appropriate product guidance, design advice and technical information to both clients and their trade partners; You'll host customers in the showroom, communicate with them by email and phone, prepare quotes, invoices, and other internal paperwork, arrange payment & delivery and co-ordinate fitting through our recommended fitters. Alongside this you will keep track of KPI’s, make and develop trade contacts and manage the customer journey of each enquiry to optimise sales and the customer experience. Skills and Experience The person we are looking for is an independent, experienced sales professional who is confident, organised and has excellent verbal & written communication skills. You will also need to be well presented, computer literate, numerate, with good administrative skills and an interest in design. Wood flooring experience is not required as full training will be given but previous sales experience is essential, and experience working with flooring, kitchens & bathrooms, tiles or other interiors related sales environments would be a significant advantage. Normal Working Hours 37.5 hours per week. Tues - Saturday. We are closed Sundays, Bank Holidays and across the Christmas period.
