General office administration including, but not limited to, welcoming clients; answering the telephone; reception duties; filing; billing; scanning; assistance to senior staff members etc.
This role will also include an element of book-keeping, including data entry to accounting software.
Our office is based on Wrexham Technology Park, Wrexham, North Wales and this will be the primary location, although you may be asked to travel to client premises as required.
Flexible working hours to suit applicant, based on 24 hours per week.
Ideally, Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm

Applicants must:
• Have 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, grade A*-C, including Maths & English
• Be good at timekeeping
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Be conscientious with good attention to detail
• Have strong communication skills.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
