We are looking for an Awards and Certificate Coordinator to join our team and assist our manager. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, certificates, registrations, Smart Cards and GDPR. We want someone who is customer friendly, and professional when dealing with company policies and procedures and any customers enquiries or complaints. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service We will offer system training and provide a good team / working environment Responsibilities Assisting the Awards and Certification Manager Processing orders and certificates Scanning and uploading details and documentation Quality checks and processes Dealing with customers enquiries Service level agreements and GDPR Dealing with general administration duties Qualifications / Skillset Experience in a similar customer service role It literate / Microsoft etc Excellent written and verbal communication skills GDPR knowledge Excellent customer service skills Team player Experience working with spreadsheets Salary / Benefits Salary up to 27k depending on experience Pension Hybrid working Parking Other benefits tbc on successful application
