About the Role
At Barchester Healthcare, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. This role involves supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* SUPERVISE AND INSPIRE CARE ASSISTANTS
* WORK CLOSELY WITH THE DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER
* SUPPORT THE CLINICAL TEAM IN MEDICATION, ASSESSMENTS, CARE PLANS, AND CARE REVIEWS
* CREATE A WARM, WELCOMING, AND VIBRANT ENVIRONMENT FOR RESIDENTS
About You
We're looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You must be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
