You’ll be the creative force behind impactful recommendations and the architect of tailored interventions designed to meet our divisions’ unique needs. Collaborating with other Centres of Excellence (COEs), you’ll maximise support and resources to amplify our efforts and ensure a unified approach. As the go-to expert for managing the full spectrum of employee relations cases—disciplinary actions, grievances, sickness absence, performance issues, early conciliation, and employment tribunals—you’ll guide Line Managers with precise, timely advice. The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; Proven experience managing a diverse range of employee relations cases. Background in people partnering role, demonstrating effective collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving issues to resolution. Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a curiosity about influencing others. Confidence in challenging the status quo while maintaining high integrity.
