We are currently partnering with a global consulting firm who are looking to add a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to their team in London. You will advise senior stakeholders, high-level executives, and remuneration committees on incentive plans (STIP’s & LTIPS’s), bonuses, pay ranges, performance objectives and corporate governance. Responsibilities: Providing executive compensation consultancy, including helping privately held businesses create compensation plans that are tailored to the difficulties they encounter and helping businesses preparing for an initial public offering before becoming public. Display your technical expertise in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, valuations of stock plans, benchmarking, and, preferably, financial services legislation. Establishing yourself as a key contact for the business’s clientele. Providing support and project management for client engagements that involve identifying business challenges, developing solutions, and managing the RFP procedure in collaboration with the client, procurement, and legal. Execution of superior professional advice, including client reports, and delivery to clients. Educating and training team members in their early careers in execution and customer delivery. Accountable for adhering to company policies and working in accordance with the relevant framework. Skills: Strong experience operating within a role that has a focus on either executive compensation, executive reward, executive pay, executive remuneration or corporate governance. Extensive knowledge of compensation and the factors influencing reward. Executive Compensation experience within the financial services market is essential. Experience in incentive design, including performance calibration and the use of performance metrics. Strong interpersonal abilities for managing and creating connections with clients. Clearly communicate a technical understanding of executive compensation to customers and workers while giving relevant context, such as UK executive compensation governance, investor relations, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to summarise and clarify complicated material in accordance with customer demands. Capable of handling stakeholder expectations and obligations.
