No Agencies Please Office Based 3 days per week in Harwell, Oxfordshire, UK Job Details: We are looking for a proactive, results-driven SAP BSA professional with 3 years of experience in OTC to join our dynamic UKEurope team as the sole SAP BSA Lead. In this role, you will have the chance to shape the way we utilise SAP S/4HANA, enhance processes within the OTC, P2P, and FICO cycles, and contribute to an exciting, fast-moving company. Our UK branch has recently started using SAP, with strong support from our well-established USA parent company’s team. Day to Day Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering Collaborate closely with UK and US-based business stakeholders to understand and document complex business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the OTC/P2P cycle. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, ensuring alignment with global templates and standards. SAP S/4HANA Configuration Work on configuring the SAP OTC, P2P and FICO modules, setting up workflows, business rules, and system parameters to match the business processes. Customise the system to meet the specific needs of the fashion industry, such as pricing, promotions, and returns. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective master data management. Process Optimisation Identify and propose solutions to streamline and improve existing OTC, P2P and FICO workflows. This might involve automating manual processes, improving data flow, or simplifying transaction handling to increase efficiency. Technical Expertise Possess a strong understanding of SAP ABAP and other relevant technologies. Develop custom reports, interfaces, and forms to support business needs, adhering to global standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP processes, coordinating with offshore and US teams as needed. Team Collaboration and Global Alignment Collaborate effectively with offshore and US-based teams to resolve issues and ensure consistent solutions across the global organisation. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the global SAP community. Contribute to the development and maintenance of global SAP templates and standards. About You: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience SAP S/4HANA with a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Credit Management Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP programming Experience in managing the full cycle (end-to-end) – from gathering requirements and identifying business challenges to implementing processes and ensuring they align with and support business needs. Manage project scope, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different time zones and cultures Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
