Reception / Admin Assistant - Part Time - Kirkcaldy
* £11.50 - £12.00 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is empathetic, supportive, and has strong admin experience to join our clients team on a temporary basis, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
* Answer and process incoming phone calls, including recording the information on online databases.
* Manage the reception area, including sign-in sheets, visitor login, deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail, and key handling.
* Monitor and manage the info-mailbox, forwarding client requests, and sending out letters as requested by service teams.
* Handle incoming online client referrals using FORT (training will be provided).
* Prepare and frank mail, ensuring timely delivery.
Skills:
* Excellent telephone manners.
* Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint.
* Strong database management skills.
* Ability to empathise and communicate effectively with individuals in crisis.
