You’ll receive:
· A salary from £50,000 to £55,000pa dependent on experience.

Your typical day in this role:
· Our People are at the heart of everything we do. As our Learning and Talent Partner (reporting to the Chief People Officer), you’ll support our ambitions in our ‘Proud to Care’ company value. Defining the future skills and capabilities of already talented colleagues, you’ll ensure Innserve achieves its ambitions. Aligned to the overall People strategy, you’ll develop and drive our learning and talent roadmap. Your role is key in enabling all our colleagues to reach their full potential.
· Partnering with business areas, you’ll deliver strategic learning, development and talent solutions, which meet technical and legislative needs. Managing stakeholders effectively, you’ll employ strong business partnering skills, design learning to support career pathways and revolutionise how we develop our colleagues’ talent. Utilising data, you’ll oversee training needs analysis, providing valuable consultancy to build our company’s capability.
· Taking the lead in identifying a future- proof learning platform, you’ll also enhance our apprenticeship offering and implement a graduate development programme, keeping your knowledge and expertise current. Influencing company culture, you’ll work on a range of exciting and innovative projects, receiving full support from our People Partners; your expertise will form a key role in our People Team and function.
You’ll already have:
· Significant experience of working in a HR/People function with Learning and Talent experience. CIPD Level 3 or 5 is ideal.
· The ability to think strategically and execute at operational level, ensuring a consistent high level of service delivery.
