Project Executive Assistant for a boutique Executive Search firm based in Central London.
This is a newly created role for a credible and high performing team to support within advisory. A truly highly involved role with responsibility to run the project and search processes in supporting 2 consultants. It is therefore essential that you have EA experience within an executive search environment.
As Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of client search and advisory projects, of which there may be up to 15 mandates running at any one time, particularly in busy periods. Successful candidates will need relevant Search Industry experience (min 3 years) and a wider solid work history within professional services. There will be much client, candidate and internal stakeholder relationship management required, as well as accuracy, attention to detail and excellent communication. A confident, yet calm and measured approach will be well suited in this small but growing company. With that in mind, EAs will need to be open minded, have the agility to work across practices, be excited by growth plans and working in an evolving environment.
Candidates must also be organised, be able to prioritise effectively and have top notch scheduling skills. CRM/database management experience will be useful, as will excellent PowerPoint and IT skills.
This company is offering a hybrid working opportunity with 3 days in the office, but a flexible attitude is required.
For the right experience, a salary of up to £60k will be considered.
