We are working with a leading construction business based in North Kent who are recruiting for a CIPP qualified Payroll Manager to join their team. This is a standalone role which will cover the full day to day inputting, processing, query handling and reconciliation of both a weekly and monthly payroll to include expenses for up to 320 full time and interim employees.
Reporting to the Finance Director, support is offered in times of leave though please note that all key responsibilities with regards to the daily running of payroll and HR administration of new employee contracts will be that of the Payroll Managers.
Working within a fast paced and at times demanding environment, the successful individual will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, have the ability to work under pressure and to liaise and communicate with management and colleagues on a regular basis in order to ensure the smooth running of an accurate payroll service.
Working hours 8.30-5 or 9-5.30, the role will be based onsite at Head Office, the company will offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, free parking and a pension scheme
