-Resolve customer questions regarding correct installation, software usage, calibration, and operation via phone contact or in-field support.
-Sort out common problems from customers and report to the R&D team for analysis and resolution.
-Collect product feedback and new demands in the market for better product improvement.
-Conclude and edit the product manuals, installation notes, FAQ, or public knowledge articles.
-Regularly provide product training courses to dealers.
-Assist the R&D team to do the local test for the new product or function.
-Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Technical support experience in the agricultural machinery industry.
Good technical background with an understanding of key technical knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Ability to understand and transfer customer requirements to the team.
Collaborative work with related teams – AE, Sales, Marketing.
Strong self-assurance, confidence, enthusiasm, energy, proactive, self-motivated, teamwork skills.
Additional Qualifications:
Self-standing capability with technical background/experiences.
Liaison capability with internal teams and customers.
