We’re recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). What will you be doing as our new Senior Site Engineer? Our Senior Site Engineers will be critical to the successful delivery of the Strategic Pipeline Alliance, reporting to the Site Agent they will be responsible for: Management of site engineers as they carry out day to day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks and approvals. Review construction information and lead the liaison with the Engineering and Integration team to resolve conflicts and ensure work is carried out in line with specifications and drawings. Assisting the site management teams with all aspects of health, safety and environmental management, liaising with commercial, procurement and planning teams and supply chain management. Be involved with calling off materials, stock control etc. and liaising with procurement team to ensure orders are not exceeded without authority. Can take on a leadership role and work with the site agent to help deliver on-site safety, productivity, quality and culture at all times. Has the ability to plan ahead and effectively delegate tasks to the engineering team. Beyond this we have a further 260km of water transfer pipelines and associated infrastructure to be delivered in AMP8.
