Position Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the Propulsion HR team to deliver our People Strategy.
As part of a team, you will be working on a number of key projects and supporting a variety of employee lifecycle activity across Propulsion Operations (EPMC & BAC).
Alongside working with our People Partners, this role will involve collaborating with stakeholders from manufacturing & our trade union as well as working closely with wider HR teams.
Skills Required:
1. Generalist HR experience - understanding of policy applications for Absence, Recruitment, Training, Payroll & Contractual obligations (i.e. Terms & Conditions).
2. Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (inc. Management & shop floor staff) to deliver engagement projects.
3. High levels of communication, both written and verbal, adaptable to a variety of audiences.
Experience Required:
1. Experience of manufacturing and/or a unionised environment.
2. Project management experience.
3. Event/workshop facilitation.
4. Qualification in HR/Relevant discipline or CIPD Qualified.
Additional Information:
Must have RTW in the UK.
Hybrid working: Minimum 3 days on site per week. On site presence is expected and required for certain meetings each week.
