Drayton are excited to partner with a well-respected and dynamic UK based retailer who are seeking a new Head of Merchandising. In this exciting role, you will: Shape and execute the merchandising strategy across all sales channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders on the continued development of the company’s merchandising strategy. Lead a dynamic merchandising team, collaborating with buyers to ensure offerings meet customer needs, and optimising inventory management to maximise profitability. Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to develop seasonal campaigns and promotions that drive sales. The position will operate with a hybrid working structure, with 2 days from home, and 3 days across their Midlands based office and UK wide stores.
