Job summary You are invited to apply for a post as a practitioner psychologist with the National Deaf Mental Health Service. The post-holder will work as an integrated member of the MDT, providing specialist psychological assessment and intervention across in-patient and out-patient settings. The post-holder will also be involved in service development initiatives, with opportunities for teaching and training across the region. Within the MDT, you will join a friendly and supportive psychology team that offers excellent opportunities for research, personal development and special interests. As a national specialist service we support networking, exchange of good practice and peer support amongst psychologists and other professionals across the country. The post-holder will work closely with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist. We have good links with local universities and are keen to encourage research.
