Logistics Administrator (Vehicle Leasing)

GBP24-26k Basic plus circa GBP1,200 commission per annum
Monday Friday (9am 5pm)
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding vehicle leasing company based in Basildon, Essex. While prior experience in logistics is preferred, they value a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update the vehicle order database
* Regularly track and report on vehicle status updates
* Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles
* Organize the fitting of vehicle extras
* Work closely with customers and the Sales team to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Experience:
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* A can-do attitude with flexibility to meet changing demands
