Description Key responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and addressing customers' inquiries in both Dutch and English Providing accurate information about products and services Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction Reporting on customer feedback to improve products and services Profile A successful Customer Service Executive should have: Fluent in Dutch and English Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Confidence in working independently and as part of a team.
