Job Description
To work closely with the E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager & Senior E-commerce Manager to expand Ceuta’s Amazon Advertising offering, supporting our clients with Amazon Ad solutions, and managing Amazon Ad campaigns through the funnel.
Responsibilities
* Working with a variety of clients to support their Amazon business growth, utilising full funnel strategies.
* Creation and implementation of Amazon Ad campaigns (Sponsored Ads & DSP) to meet clients KPIs.
* Using the Amazon Ad console, AI and Advertising tools to optimise impactful marketing campaigns.
* Working closely with the E-commerce Retail team to align with strategies, availability, promotional activity and new product launches.
* Create client reports, offering recommendations and sharing relevant opportunities through Amazon Advertising solutions.
* Utilising AMC to evaluate and optimise campaigns, providing valuable insights to the team for more efficient decision making.
* Communicating with clients via written communication, regular meetings and scheduled reports.
* Advising clients on the process to navigate Amazon Ads and recommendations for a successful ecommerce business.
* Working with the E-Commerce Marketing team to develop engaging Ad content.
* You will be required to carry out any other reasonable task in relation to the overall job, as required.
Career Experience
* A minimum previous experience of 2 years in a related role.
* AMC and full funnel Amazon media knowledge desirable.
* Previous experience of managing clients marketing campaigns, with the ability to review data to help make informed business decisions.
* Experience of account management handling clients and stakeholders to deliver on KPI’s is essential.
* Confident in managing Sponsored Ad and DSP campaigns.
* Able to demonstrate experience in communication at all levels in particular with Clients and Senior Management.
Required Skills
* A good general standard of Math and English is essential in this role.
* The ability to use Excel to an intermediate level for example pivot tables, v-lookup, and count formula.
* Self-motivated, well organised, able to build effective working relationships within a team.
* The ability to effectively assess areas for improvement and put forward practical commercial solutions.
* Strong problem solver and innovator. Experience of using your initiative to create better processes and more efficient ways of working.
* The ability to use PowerPoint to produce and deliver engaging and impactful presentations.
* The ability to proactively anticipate issues and solve them in a timely manner by investigating as appropriate and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* The ability to autonomously manage and prioritise your own workload in order to ensure accuracy, attention to detail and that deadlines are met as agreed.
* The ability to develop and maintain relevant and current knowledge of the industry.
* The ability to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external clients, customers and suppliers.
