Sales Administrator - Fluent French Salary £30,000 - £35,000
Based in Ealing
Hybrid after probation (4 days in office, 1 days working from home)
A top manufacturer and distributor of tools and accessories in the building industry, based in Ealing is looking for a bilingual French and English, Sales Administrator to process orders and manage invoicing for their European customers, with a strong focus on their French market. Looking for individuals that are an easy commute to Ealing.
Duties:
Manage and process orders for European customers
Communicate with French-speaking customers, providing excellent service and support
Respond to queries from customers and the sales team regarding order status, updates, and special requests, primarily through email and MS Teams
Work closely with European warehouses and logistics partners to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
Address any delivery issues promptly and liaise with logistics to resolve them efficiently
Raise invoices once orders have been dispatched and ensure all billing information is accurate
Maintain up-to-date customer records, orders, invoices, and credit memos on ERP systemExperience & Skills Required:
Previous experience in customer support and sales order processing
Ability to read and speak French fluently
Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel - (Be able to use Pivot tables and V look ups)
Any knowledge of ERP software or systems would be advantageous
Organised with an ability to multi-task
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable working in a small team and good with managing a varied workloadBenefits:
